Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. Some items have security seals/straps attached to the garment to prevent them from being worn for any other purpose than trying on. We reserve the right to not refund any loss in item value caused by the customer. Items that show signs of wear or use, that smell from cigarette smoke, perfume or other distinct smells, have hairs, stains or dust on them or where the tags, seals and/or original packaging is missing may be subject to up to a 100% value loss deduction. Underwear, swimwear and socks must be unopened for hygiene and safety reasons.

No returns are accepted for items that are made to measure or in any other way manufactured to custom specifications, unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, please reply to your order confirmation email or delivery confirmation email and let us know which item you'd like to return and we'll advise you on the most convenient next steps!

You also have a legal right to use the government issued return form available here, but we recommend emailing us as listed above. You can also contact us via any of the listed contact methods here.

You must await our confirmation before shipping any item to us. We’ll send you instructions on how to proceed with shipping as soon as possible after receiving your return request. 

You must ship the item to us within 14 days after receiving our return confirmation. Please make sure to obtain a collection receipt from the shipping company as proof of shipping the item.

As a customer you are responsible for the return shipping cost and that the items are packaged safely to avoid damage in transit.

For shipments within Sweden and some European countries we can provide return shipping labels. The cost of using these depends on your location and the weight of the item. We'll give you a quote when confirming your return. You're always welcome to use another shipping method of your choice if you prefer.

We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery services or where postage isn't paid in full by the sender.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will cover return shipping for faulty items, please contact us before shipping anything. Normally when an item is faulty we will send you a new one or repair the damaged one.


Exchanges

If an item doesn't fit or you would like another colour, please proceed with your return request as instructed above and also include in your email which item you would like instead of the item you're returning.

You'll need to pay the shipping cost for the return and we will send you the replacement item with free economy shipping after receiving and accepting your returned item. (You can of course choose to pay for express shipping if you prefer)

Please note as many of our products are made to order we may need a couple of weeks to make your replacement item. Expected manufacturing time is listed in the product description.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you return one or more items, but not all items in your order, the product price of the returned items will be refunded. If you return a full order we will refund the full order amount.

We do not refund customs fees and other extra expenses you may have had. When returning an item from outside the EU, you may be able to get paid customs fees back from your country's customs authority.

Your Legal Rights

We comply with EU consumer rights laws and regulations.

We always try our very best to make your customer experience with us a happy one. However if we can't agree on a solution for a complaint you as a customer have the right to seek advice from the European Union ODR
