Shipping cost
Sweden: Free economy shipping. For quicker shipping alternatives please go to checkout to see the prices.
EU, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, United States, Canada: Free shipping on orders of SEK 1900 or more. Please go to checkout to see the shipping fee for smaller orders.
United Kingdom: Minimum order value GBP 135. Free economy shipping. Tax and duties are not included in the price at checkout and will be billed by the shipping company.
Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders of SEK 1900 or more. Please go to checkout to see the shipping fee for smaller orders. For express shipping please contact us. Please note that shipping may be unavailable to certain countries and these countries may vary due to the current geopolitical situation.
Delivery Time
Many of our products are made to order. Your order will be dispatched within the time specified in the product description. In stock items usually ship within 2 business days. When purchasing more than one item, all items will ship together when all items are ready.
We cannot guarantee that the estimated shipping times listed by the carriers are always correct. During holidays and other exceptional times, delivery times might be longer than expected and customs may also delay shipments.
Your Responsibility as a Customer
You are responsible for entering your address and contact details correctly. If your parcel is returned to us because the recipient couldn't be reached, you will be billed for a failed delivery as stated below.
Please note that some delivery methods may require a valid form of identification such as driver's license or passport to collect your parcel. The name on your ID must match the one in your order.
You are solely responsible for any customs and/or any import fees that may apply in your country. If you refuse to pay such fees and the parcel is returned to us you will be billed for a failed delivery.
Packaging Materials
We often re-use packaging materials as part of our sustainability policy. Of course, we will only use packaging materials in good condition. If you'd like your order to be packed with new materials only, please let us know.
Failed Delivery
To cover our costs, we charge a fee of SEK 350 plus shipping and any penalty charges for parcels that haven't been collected or are returned to us after a failed delivery. (Applies to international shipments, for domestic shipments the total fee is SEK 350 including shipping) Please contact us if you have any problems receiving your parcel and we will do our outmost to help before your parcel is returned!
If you'd like your goods to be sent out again, you will need to pay the shipping fee once more. If the cause of failed delivery is on our or the shipper's part we will of course re-send your order free of charge.
